The DualCut, part of the HyperCut powered by ASMAG, is particularly outstanding due to the innovative clamping system and the arrangement of the saw blades. As the name Dual implies, the saw uses two saw blades that are controlled and moved independently of each other along a calculated geometry. Therefore even asymmetrical cross-sections can be cut. The clamping system is located at a short distance from the saw blades, which reduces vibrations. As a result the cutting quality is increased. 
 
The DualCut is a flying saw, which means that the saw blades are located on a moving unit that can even accelerate to the speed of the entire production line. For this type of design, both a robust construction and the highest dynamics are required. ASMAG’s core competence is the design and manufacture of machines of the highest quality and stability. The design of the DualCut as well is enormously robust. At the same time, the moving parts of the saw can accelerate extremely quickly to high speed.
