Within the industry, machinery and systems from ASMAG stand for innovative engineering. ASMAG engineers have many years of experience in the development of machinery and systems as well as the global implementation of major projects. The engineering team is highly qualified and unites specialists from all sectors – from concept design to automation.
One consistent project manager is the contact person in charge for the customer throughout the entire project.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Our approach to Research and Development (R&D) is embedded within our project teams, where collaboration between sales, engineering, and production is paramount. This integrated and continuous improvement approach allows us to develop innovative concepts that are finely tuned to meet customer and market demands while harnessing the latest technological advancements.
MANUFACTURING
The production teams are responsible for the precision and quality of manufactured parts and equipment, as well as the timely delivery. In this area of machine construction and engineering, the cutting, fabrication, machining, assembly, installation of hydraulic and pneumatic components and piping is done in-house at ASMAG and SEUTHE.
ASSEMBLY
All systems and machinery are constructed and preassembled in our own assembly hall. This also includes the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic installations as far as possible. The systems are transported to our customers in units which have been disassembled into practical pieces. Along with his team, our assembly manager then professionally assembles the machines at the customer’s premises. The commissioning and training take place together with the software technician. As a result, ASMAG can guarantee a short and smooth assembly process.
AUTOMATION
The Automation teams make the „well-thought-out“ line control systems and intuitive line operation possible. Reliability, quality, safety and ease of use are achieved through measurement and automation solutions. The complete electrical systems and automation of the equipment from the electrical planning, programming, visualization, commissioning to the training of the operator are carried out by ASMAG. Moreover, the complete electrical production from control cabinet construction, the setup of drives and sensors to the wiring of the lines is carried out by the same team.
ROBOTICS
