ASMAG multiple cutting lines, as typically used in precision steel tube production, enable the shortest cycle times and a high degree of cost-effectiveness due to the simultaneous cutting with several saw blades. Reliable clamping ensures a precise, clean cut and the cut-off lengths produced as a result are extremely true to size.
To minimise the set-up times, the ASMAG multiple cutting lines are adjusted to the desired dimensions in a fully-automated manner. ASMAG’s multiple cutting lines can also be integrated perfectly into fully interlinked production lines.
