Jumbo Coiler

The jumbo winder is a finishing line for annealing and winding drawn tubes into large coils, known as jumbo coils, with a height up to 1.8 meters.
The decisive thing here is that the tubes are wound up into jumbo coils in a soft-annealed state. These jumbo coils are very good for particularly efficient industrial refinement, thanks to the coil form and high coil weight of up to 1,000 kg.
